Daily Do's | Affirmations
 
Three Minute Meditation
 

Stand with feet shoulder with apart. Hands are at your sides. Fingers are slightly curled. Knees are slightly bent, ankles are slightly bent, butt is tucked under, tongue is at the roof of your mouth. Focus on breathing into your tan tien (lower abdomen). As you inhale, let your arms rise up to about your shoulders, pull them back to your shoulders and press down to the earth saying, "I am rooted in the earth" (as you exhale). Inhale, raise your arms up again (inhaling), pull your arms back to your shoulders and press outward in front of you saying, "I give to humanity" (as you exhale). Raise your arms up (inhaling) and open your arms up and out above your head saying, "I receive divine inspiration from the universe (or whoever)" (as you exhale).

Repeat three times.

 
 
Affirmations
 
Affirmations are positive sayings that are repeated several times in a day. Once said, you are reporting to the universe, your body and mind that this is what you expect.

Affirmation for the Week:
"I embrace this day with love and compassion, all good things will happen to me!"
